About Us.

After working with individuals and small business owners for 30 years, and being a small business owner myself, I appreciate how busy life & business can get and also the value of having an expert in your corner to guide you. That’s why when I started an advice business it was a natural decision to specialize in this one area of financial advice rather than try to be all things to all people.

I know how important it is to protect your assets and your ongoing income. My own insurance needs have changed over time as I’ve gotten older, health has changed, children have become adults, family dynamic evolved, assets & liabilities have changed.

From my own experiences and that of clients we’ve helped, I can empathise with getting a balance between having the correct protection and affordability.

Meet the Team

  • Anthony Campbell

    FINANCIAL PLANNER - RISK INSURANCE SPECIALIST

    Anthony’s father was an advisor for over 20 years, focusing mainly on risk advice. When Anthony joined the family business in 2004 his plan was to become an investment advisor. But a passion for risk advice runs in the family and Anthony found himself less interested in the sharemarket & exchange rates and more engaged in those challenging & deeper issues about how you want to leave your family if something goes wrong.

    Anthony spent 13 years with business banking at one of Australias big banks. It was here where he learnt to cut through complex financial structures & business entities to see what the risks were and the options for protecting against that risk unfolding.

  • Alice Morris

    PARAPLANNER & COMPLIANCE

    Alice has worked in Financial Planning for over 17 years and in a number of roles in small & big business and one of Australia’s big banks.

    While some of us are better with people and others are great with processes and systems. Alice is a rare breed, her time in Financial Planning has been spent as a qualified financial planner, paraplaner, in Compliance and also Licensee Standards.

    This makes Alice the perfect person to work with Anthony to turn client focused conversations in to advice documents that satisfy legislative needs but are still easy for our clients to take on board.

  • Marissa Shaw

    CLIENT REVIEW MANAGER

    Marissa has recently joined Business Risk Solutions as a Client Review Manager.

    Marissa has worked within and for boutique and corporate advisory planning companies for the last 20 years which has resulted in her ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in work practices efficiently and successfully on behalf of the financial planners. Marissa has a fluent and extensive knowledge of the financial planning industry.

  • Tay Davies

    CLIENT SUPPORT

    The newest member of the Business Risk Solutions team is Latacia. Otherwise known as Tay.

    Tay has previously worked closely with a mortgage broker and in addition to helping serve our clients, she is currently studying Accounts Administration and Financial Services. Coming on board with no previous financial planning experience, just an intense desire to learn, great attitude and energy, she is already proving to have a great capacity for learning and brings a great vibe.

    Tay’s roll is to help us bring exceptional service to new and existing clients. She will be the glue that brings together the expert work done by Marisa, Alice and Anthony.
